6a. Getting ready to emark on our rafting trip 6b. The recent rains meant the river was high 6c. One of the first things we saw was this boat-billed heron 6d. We saw a TON of iguanas and basilisk lizards - this picture has both
6e. A little blue heron 6f. This was NOT the largest of the several crocodiles we saw 6g. A black-crowned night heron 6h. Howler monkeys
6i. A fasciated tiger heron 6j Long-nosed bats 6k. Marc took this amazing picture of an osprey landing 6l. And he took this one of a howler monkey leaping
6m. We saw this basilisk lizard sitting on a rock in the river 6n. The guide scared it so we could see it run on the water to the side 6o. We saw a gazillion wood storks flying 6p. After lunch we went to a large cat rescue, where we saw a parrot trying to escape
6q. They had toucans, too 6r. And foxes 6s. But I liked the cats the best 6t. Meow!
6u. A cat can sleep anywhere 6v. BIG kitty 6w. This mother and child pair of otters were fun to watch 6x. The visit to the cat rescue finished with some spider monkeys
6y. You can't get me - nyah, nyah, nyah, nyah, nyah
